Applies to the source code delivered with your purchase. The prebuilt app is covered by the License Agreement.

ClipAudit Source License 1.0

This license covers the ClipAudit source code ("the Source") that is delivered
with a purchased ClipAudit license. It is a source-available license, not an
open-source license.

1. Grant. For each ClipAudit license you have purchased, we grant you a
   non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual right to view, study, modify,
   compile and run the Source, and builds you make from it, on macOS devices
   you own or control, for your own personal or internal business use.

2. Updates. Source for every version released during your update period is
   covered by this license. Versions released after it are not, unless you
   renew.

3. Restrictions. You may not:
   a. publish, distribute, share, sublicense, rent, sell or otherwise make the
      Source, or any modified version or build of it, available to anyone
      outside the licensed use above, including on public repositories or
      package registries;
   b. use the Source, or any part of it, to create a product or service that
      is offered to others, whether free or paid, including a clipboard,
      secret-protection or shell-history product;
   c. remove or alter copyright, license or attribution notices;
   d. use the ClipAudit name, icon or branding for anything you build from
      the Source.
   Small excerpts may be quoted for review, commentary or interoperability.

4. Ownership. The Source remains our property. This license gives you
   permission to use it as described; it does not transfer any rights.

5. Term. This license lasts as long as you comply with it. It ends
   automatically if you breach section 3; on termination you must stop using
   and delete all copies of the Source and builds made from it.

6. No warranty. THE SOURCE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
   PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Liability. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY
   DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SOURCE OR THIS LICENSE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS
   LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE.

8. Third-party code. Any third-party components included in the Source keep
   their own licenses, which are noted alongside them.
